Notes: The Indiana State Police state that on November 20, 2009 at approximately 1:50 p.m. the suspect entered the Peoples Bank located at 304 East Morgan Street in Spencer, Indiana, displayed a handgun, gave the teller a bag and demanded cash. The suspect left the bank and went south on East Street. The suspect is described as a white male in his 50's with glasses. He was wearing a tan baseball hat, tan jacket, a button down tan or gray shirt and blue jeans.
